• The abstracts should be submitted in both Turkish and English for Turkish authors.
• The abstract should not exceed 300 words and must be in Microsoft Word Doc, justified and Times New Roman 10.
• The title should be submitted as Times New Roman 10 and only the initials should be in capitals.
• The abstract should include the aim, method and results.
• Authors’ full names, e-mail addresses and institutions should be stated clearly.
• The keywords (3-6) should be added.
• All accepted abstracts will be included in proceeding book.

Poster Guidelines

• Posters’ size should be 420×594 mm(A2) and designed with clearly invisible fonts.
• Posters should be prepared in English or Turkish. But the abstracts should be in both languages for Turkish authors.
• Author(s) should attend on the date specified in the programme.
